My Elements Dietary Supplement BCAA Refuel Catalyst Watermelon Flavor contains Branched Chain Amino Acids or BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) which are L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. They form a large part of the muscle tissue and can be used to repair, develop and restore muscle after exercise.

Dosage
1 scoop 10 gr 1-2 times daily in 300 ml water.
