Nature's Plus Animal Parade Warm Milk formula is a nutritional supplement with chewable tablets that help young children sleep.
The formula contains Lactium® (milk protein), magnesium (8mg) and as a sweetener is used xylitol, a natural sugar that does not harm the teeth.
Numerous studies have shown that Lactium milk protein contains decapeptides that when digested are involved in the biological process of sleep. In addition, milk tryptophan, which is a precursor molecule of serotonin that also helps in the normal process of sleep. Lactium, however, also seems to have an effect on stress, as recent studies have shown that it reduces the symptoms of stress by offering calm. *
