Medicore Liposomal Resveratrol is a resveratrol liposomal supplement. Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol (3,5,4-trihydroxystilbene) which is found in high concentrations in the peel of red grapes and other fruits such as blackberries, etc. The polyphenols are divided into 3 major categories. Stylvenes belonging to resveratrol, flavonoids and phenolic acids.
Resveratrol has a direct antioxidant effect, but also stimulates the action of various antioxidant enzymes as well as the action of sirtuin-1 (Sirt-1) and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMP-K) glucose and fat metabolism and additionally appear to play an important role in aging.
At the same time, studies have shown that it is looking to maintain cardiovascular health. Because of its antioxidant action, resveratrol helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, provides antioxidant protection, helps remove the free radicals responsible for aging skin.
