Medicore Liposomal Magnesium + Optinerve is a liposomal magnesium supplement in combination with the patented Optinerve® formula. The magnesium contained is chelated, a bisglycinate, which has excellent bioavailability. The patented Optinerve® formula is a combination of chromium, selenium, zinc and taurine.
Magnesium is necessary for the body, and necessary for more than 300 biochemical processes that take place in the human body. Magnesium participates:

Precautions
