The Lanes Vitamin E dietary supplement is a formulation with Vitamin E in an amount of 400 IU per capsule, for maximum antioxidant protection.
Tocopherols are a group of fat-soluble chemicals with antioxidant properties. Tocopherols are collectively known as vitamin E and are found in vegetable oils and generally in plant foods. Tocopherols are distinguished by the letters of the Greek alphabet in: α, β, γ, δ, ε, ζ and η. The most important of these is α-tocopherol (d-alpha-tocopherol), as it is characterized by maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Contraindications
It is recommended to avoid taking Vitamin E supplements by people taking anticoagulants (with newer generation anticoagulants) as the risk of bleeding may increase.
Side effects
At high doses of Vitamin E (above 1200 IU) fatigue, nausea, palpitations and high blood pressure may occur. These symptoms are completely reversible.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
