Lanes Calm Life is a food supplement with valerian and vitamins B1, B2, B3 that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of anxiety.
Vitamins B1 and B3 contribute to normal psychological function, while vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function. Vitamins B2 and B3 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.*
Valerian is traditionally used to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and for sleep [Approval: European Union Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products-EMA/HMPC].
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now well established and accepted by the EMA.
