The Lamberts Vitamin K2 supplement with Vitamin K2 provides 90µg pure and free of the cis-isomers of Vitamin K2 in its natural form (as menakinone / MK-7).
Vitamin K helps to normalize blood clotting and maintain normal bones. *
In contrast to competing formulations using K2 from naturals (Japanese soy beans), Lamberts K2 is made from chickpeas through a special fermentation process. This ensures that our preparation does not contain soy and milk by-products as dietary allergens.
Dosage
1-2 capsules daily.

Contraindications
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation. Concomitant use of anticoagulants is contraindicated due to competition in their action. Also, antibiotics may reduce the levels of Vitamin K in the body, due to the destruction of the intestinal flora.
Side effects
Taking Vitamin K in very high doses may cause cyanosis, hypotension, dizziness and itching.
