Lamberts Multi Guard Sport is an enhanced multivitamin nutritional supplement specifically designed for athletes and athletes. It contains vitamins, minerals, trace elements, but also antioxidants making it the ideal base for a complete sports nutrition program.
Provides high-content magnesium (376 mg per 2 tablets) which contributes to energy production and muscle relaxation. It also contains Vitamin D and K which are involved in good bone health. Complex B vitamins that are involved in carbohydrate metabolism and nervous system health as well as antioxidant vitamins A, C and E that reduce the increased oxidative stress of athletes.
In particular, B-complex Vitamins contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous, metabolic and muscular systems. In fact, they are particularly helpful in improving psychology.
Green tea activates the metabolism and speeds up burning. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC) have approved the use of green tea as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving the symptoms of fatigue and weakness.
The Quercetin it contains is an excellent antioxidant to fight free radicals.
Multi Guard Sport herbal antioxidants include green tea extract, quercetin, rutin and bioflavonoids from citrus and red grape seed (Grape Seed Extract).

Preferably to be taken with a meal.
