Lamberts L-Ornithine is a dietary supplement containing the amino acid ornithine in its Free Form. It is considered as a non-essential amino acid as it can and is organically synthesized in the body from another amino acid arginine.
Specifically, it participates in the metabolism of proteins, in the proper functioning of the immune system, in the health of the liver while it also helps the action of enzymes that help in the growth of muscle tissue. In addition, it participates in the urea production cycle and is a precursor molecule of many hormones.
The combination of ornithine and arginine is believed to:

- Indirectly stimulates protein synthesis
- Causes vasodilation
Each capsule provides 500mg of free-form ornithine for maximum absorption and bioavailability.
Dosage
1-3 capsules daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably taken with juice or water rather than with milk. Amino acids have better absorption when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping.
