Lamberts Flaxseed oil is a dietary supplement with herbal omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil.
Linseed is a product rich in omega-3 fatty acids, α-linolenic acid. It is an ideal source of omega-3 fatty acids especially for vegetarians and people who are allergic to fish oils. It also contains another essential fatty acid, linoleic acid, which belongs to the omega-6 fatty acid family and is found mainly in the Evening Primrose.
