Lamberts Chromium Complex is a formula that provides guaranteed 200 µg of elemental chromium in combination with Vitamin C, B1, B3, B6, Magnesium, Zinc and Copper. Although only a small amount is present in our body, chromium is an extremely important trace element as it contributes :
- in the normal metabolism of macronutrients
- to maintain normal blood glucose levels *

1 tablet daily.

Preferably to be taken with meals.
