Lamberts Bromelain is a bromelain nutritional supplement. Bromelain is an enzyme derived from the stem of fresh pineapple. It is widely known for its use as a digestive aid. It mainly helps in digesting protein meals.
Recent studies have shown that Blomelain can relieve both sports injuries and inflammation of the joints. In addition, it is thought to promote the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cells and reduce the production of inflammatory prostaglandins. A synergistic effect appears to be with turmeric, which helps in its absorption. *
Specific levels of enzymatic activity of up to 2000 GDU (gelatin-dissolving units) per gram are required to ensure product efficacy.

Dosage
For joint care: 3 tablets (1 between each meal) for one week. Thereafter a maintenance dose of 1 tablet daily can be taken for 3 to 6 months.
For digestive care: 1 tablet before each main meal up to a maximum of 3 per day.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken before or between meals.
Contraindications
This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
