Floja Night is a dietary supplement with soy isoflavones and melatonin. During menopause, estrogen production, which is the female hormone, is greatly reduced. This deficiency affects every woman in a different way and is often accompanied by symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue and mood swings. Floja contains soy extract (54.4 mg in soy isoflavones), melatonin, calcium, vitamin D, as well as group B vitamins (B6, B9 and B12).
Vitamin D facilitates intestinal absorption of calcium and helps maintain bone density. Calcium is a key component of bone and is essential for maintaining bone mass. Soy is a plant with a high content of isoflavones, which is a broad group of polyphenolic compounds. Soy isoflavones exert a positive effect on the symptoms of menopause and especially on hot flashes, as their structure is very similar to that of female estrogens. The soy used in Floja does not contain genetically modified organisms. 2/3 of the soy isoflavones contained in Floja (36.27mg) are among the most bioactive forms of isoflavones, providing fast estrogenic action.
Melatonin in combination with magnesium offers effective relief from hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia, while improving sleep quality.
