InoPlus Vitamin C 1000 mg & Zinc is a dietary supplement in the form of effervescent tablets, which combines the unique benefits of vitamin C with those of zinc and is suitable for shielding the body.

Dosage
1 effervescent tablet per day.
Instructions of use
Take dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Contraindications
Not suitable for children, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The use of very high doses (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems. In addition, due to its zinc content, it is recommended not to be taken concomitantly with antibiotics or medicines containing cortisone. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000mg per day and in prolonged use, side effects such as nausea, diarrhea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
