Sambucol for Kids with Vitamin C is a children's syrup specially designed to strengthen the immune system of children aged 1-12 years.
The formula contains:
- Black Elderberry: an herb approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and the Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC), for use as a traditional herbal remedy for the common cold symptoms. It is rich in flavonoids, substances with very good antioxidant activity, protect body's cells from oxidative damage and strengthen the immune system. Specifically, the flavonoids contained in black elderberry belong to the subcategory of anthocyanins, antioxidant pigments found in dark fruits.
- Vitamin C: contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, protects cells from oxidative stress, helps in metabolic processes for energy production and reduces fatigue and tiredness. In addition, it improves the absorption of iron by the body. *
Sambucol for Kids can be used all year round to support the immune system. It has been studied in laboratory and clinical trials and its results have been published in international studies.
It does not contain gluten and artificial colors.
Dosage
Daily dose
- Children 1-6 years: 5ml
- Children 7-12 years: 10ml
For use in winter
- Children 1-6 years: 5-10ml, twice daily.
- Children 7-12 years: 10-15ml, twice daily.
Cautions
- Not recommended for children under 1 year.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
