High5 Zero Caffeine Hit Electrolyte Sports Drink Pink Grapefruit is a nutritional supplement in effervescent tablets, with electrolytes, for rehabilitation and hydration before, during and after exercise.
With caffeine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamin C, sodium, and green tea extract is a fast electrolyte-free, sugar-free calorie drink ideal for recovery after intense perspiration or for workouts during hot months.
Includes Vitamin C to support a healthy immune system, protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce fatigue during exercise. Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance while supporting muscle protein synthesis. * The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Dosage
1 effervescent tablet whenever electrolyte replacement is necessary.
Instructions of use
Dissolve 1-2 effervescent tablets in water. The recommended amount of water for 2 tablets is 750 ml. It can be taken before, during or after exercise.
Contraindications
Do not take from people with sensitivity to caffeine.
Cautions
Do not take more than 3 effervescent tablets daily.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
