High5 Energy Gel Citrus is a high-energy carbohydrate gel for immediate action before and during exercise.
Carbohydrates help to restore normal muscle function after intense and/ or long-term physical activity leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. * The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Made from natural fruit juice it has a pleasant texture and taste and is an easy solution for providing carbohydrates on the go. Each sachet delivers 23 grams of carbohydrate- caffeine free.
Dosage
1 gel every 20 minutes of exercise.
Instructions of use
Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
