High5 Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine 30 mg Citrus is a carbohydrate energy gel for immediate action before and during exercise.
Carbohydrates help to restore normal muscle function after intense and / or long-term physical activity leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. * The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Made from natural fruit juice it has a pleasant texture and taste and is an easy solution for providing carbohydrates on the go. Each sachet delivers 23 grams of carbohydrate energy.
Dosage
1 gel every 20 minutes of exercise.
Instructions of use
Tear the top of the sachet and squeeze the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour, during exercise, and less if you use a sports drink at the same time.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to caffeine.
