High5 Energy Drink Citrus is an energy drink with carbohydrates and electrolytes for exercise. During exercise endurance the body needs carbohydrates for energy and for maintaining performance. Electrolytes also help prevent dehydration due to sweat losses.
High5 Energy Drink Citrus consists of a 2: 1 fructose blend, allowing up to 90 grams of carbohydrate per hour to replenish carbohydrates and more energy.
Dosage
Mix 47 g of powder in 500 ml of water and shake well.
Instructions of use
Drink 150-250 ml every 20 minutes during sport. Consume before and during exercise.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
