The formula also contains:
Ribose: is essential for cellular energy production. It has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the heart muscle and on the entire muscular system. It is helpful in cases of chronic fatigue, muscle aches, but also for strengthening the endurance and energy efficiency of the heart muscle in athletes. **
Carnitine: is a non-essential amino acid that participates in the metabolism of fatty acids and the production of energy in the body through the metabolic process of β-oxidation. It plays a primary role in the mobilization and transfer of fat from fat stores to mitochondria, but also in muscle recovery.
Taurine: is an amino acid transporter in muscle cells and is also important for metabolism. Some studies have linked it to a reduction in fatigue, muscle damage and soreness after exercise.**

Shake before use. It is taken with a meal, possibly mixed with water or juice.
