Instructions of use
Take 2 to 5 capsules with empty stomach, 1 to 3 times a day with a glass of lemon juice, orange or grapefruit for greater efficiency. Alternatively, with a glass of water. Start conservatively and gradually increase the dosage. Do not exceed 15 capsules daily. Keep the dosage having the desired effect up to six weeks. Then reduce the dosage to 1 to 3 capsules a day for maintenance. In any case consult your doctor or pharmacist. You should not take it along with other antacid preparations or in parallel with calcium supplements for at least 6-8 hours. 450mg of magnesium may cause slight stomach upset in sensitive persons.
