  • For the nervous system and hematopoiesis

  • Suitable for vegetarians

The demanding rhythms of everyday life and dietary preferences are often reflected in health with harmful consequences. Symptoms such as memory loss, feeling weak, frequent headaches and psychological disorders are indicative of a lack of Vitamins, specifically Vitamin B12.

Reduced intake of Vitamin B12 from the diet, or poor absorption from the stomach due to the absence of the endogenous B12 absorption factor, may cause more serious consequences such as a megaloblastic anemia.

How can these symptoms be prevented and reversed?

Lamberts B12 is a dietary vitamin B12 supplement in the form of methylcobalamin. It is the only natural product containing cobalt, due to its vibrant red color. It is found in foods of animal origin, such as meat.

Vitamin B12 deficiency results in megoblastic anemia due to either B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency or poor absorption of B12 from the stomach due to lack or destruction of endogenous B12 absorption factor. Deficiency is usually observed in people who fast for long periods or follow vegetarian diets.

Vitamin B12 has many biochemical effects. It is involved in neural regeneration and function, bone marrow formation, hematopoiesis, and genetic information (DNA) synthesis. Vitamin B12  plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes:

  • the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production
  • in the normal functioning of the nervous system
  • in the normal metabolism of homocysteine
  • in normal psychological functioning
  • in the normal formation of red blood cells
  • in the normal functioning of the immune system
  • in reducing fatigue *
