Solgar Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) contains a herb with natural phytoestrogens which can help relieve menopause symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats.
In a study of 80 menopausal women who experienced hot flashes, those who took 20 mg of black cohosh daily for 8 weeks reported significantly less severe hot flashes than before taking the supplement.
Black cohosh supplementation regulated the cycle of women with polycystic ovaries and the chances of pregnancy.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (HMPC) have approved the use of black cohosh as a traditional herbal remedy for the treatment of menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes and excessive sweating.
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now documented and accepted by the EMA.
Dosage
1-2 capsules daily.

Preferably be taken with meals.
