The Now D-mannose dietary supplement contains 500 mg of D-mannose per capsule.
D-mannose is a simple sugar, which has a special contribution to metabolism, through its role in the glycosylation of certain proteins. It cannot be converted to glycogen, therefore it is not stored in the body. D-mannose is rapidly absorbed and reaches the peripheral organs in about 30 minutes and is then excreted by the urinary system.
D-mannose helps to support and maintain the health of the urinary system, because it attaches to lectins and thus prevents the attachment of pathogens to the walls of the bladder. *

Dosage
3 to 9 capsules a day.
Instructions of use
Take the capsules with water or juice, preferably after a meal.
