Health Aid L-Glutamine is a supplement of the amino acid glutamine in its free form for a more immediate mood and better absorption, in combination with vitamin B6.
Glutamine is an amino acid, which is considered unnecessary, since the body can synthesize it, and participates in many metabolic processes in the body.
In the nervous system, it is one of the ingredients for the production of glutathione, an antioxidant. Research has shown that it is a fuel for intestinal epithelial cells in the absorption of nutrients, while it participates in the elimination of urea as well as in the synthesis of other amino acids, depending on the needs of the body. 1-2 tablets daily.

Preferably to be taken after a meal.
