Nature's plus Mega Stress Complex is a supplement with a complex of B vitamins and antioxidant vitamins.
Many of the B-complex vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and Folic acid), in the treatment of fatigue and tiredness (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid), as well as in maintenance of normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid). Finally, they take part in the normal function of metabolic processes aimed at energy production (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin).
Vitamin C contributes to better absorption of iron. Vitamin C contributes to better absorption of iron. Magnesium contributes to the functioning of the nervous system. * In addition, it strengthens the psychology and improves the quality of sleep.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Herbal Medicine Committee (HMPC) have approved the use of valerian as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving mild nervous tension, stress symptoms and sleep disorders.
Chamomile contains chemicals called flavonoids. These flavonoids are a type of nutrient found in many plants and play an important role in the properties of chamomile, which are: reducing nervous tension and promoting relaxation, anti-inflammatory action, prevents osteoporosis, reduces menstrual pain.

Contraindications
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 above 25mg may cause mild tingling or numbness.
Side effects
In addition, a bright yellow color may be observed in the urine from Vitamin B2 metabolism. It is a normal side effect and resolves with discontinuation of the preparation.
