Quest standardized Valerian 83 mg (Valeriana officinalis) root extract yields 250μg of valeric acid, which is the active ingredient in this traditionally used herb. Valerian is known for its calming properties. It is considered an excellent herbal anxiolytic.
The Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC) has approved the use of valerian as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.
Dosage
