Lamberts Green Tea 5000 mg is a diet supplement with green tea (Camellia sinensis). Provides 250 mg of catechins from green tea leaves with the amino acid L-Theanine.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicines (HMPC) have approved the use of green tea as a traditional herbal remedy to relieve symptoms of fatigue and weakness.
Green tea comes from the Camelia Sinensis plant and is for its antioxidant properties. Their main active compound is catechins, substances belonging to the polyphenols family. They have the ability to neutralize free radicals and protect cells from oxidative damage. Green tea is believed to increase the metabolic rate (our body's ability to convert food into energy) and is therefore a popular dietary supplement among those concerned about their body weight. *
L-theanine can alter the levels of certain neurotransmitters, thereby improving mood and reducing stress. *

Dosage
1-2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with meals.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in people with heart, liver and kidney problems. To be avoided by pregnant, breastfeeding women and to be taken at a distance (at least 2 hours) from iron preparations.
Side effects
Overdose (> 800 mg epigallocatechin per day) may cause irritability, dizziness and insomnia.

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
