Lamberts MagAsorb is a magnesium citrate powder nutritional supplement.
Magnesium is the second most important electrolyte in the human body. It is found in various forms such as magnesium oxide, magnesium dioxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium chelate (magnesium aspartate, magnesium digluconate), orotate magnesium, L-threonate magnesium.
The citrate form is a form with great bioavailability which is absorbed by different systems (muscular, nervous, etc.) with great success.
More specifically, foods rich in magnesium are: nuts, legumes, fruits such as bananas, figs, pears, peaches and apricots, whole grains, vegetables such as garlic, rye and artichoke.
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for the body as it plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to:*

Dosage
Adults: 1 scoop of powder (5.5 grams). Children 8-16 years: (2.5 grams), Children 4-8 years: (1 gram) daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

Add cold water.
Contraindications
Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may affect the absorption of the antibiotic drug.
Side effects
The most common side effects of magnesium are diarrhea and upset stomach, most commonly in doses exceeding 1g per day.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
