Lamberts Refreshall is a nutritional supplement with herbs (Gingko biloba, Beeswax, Sage, Rosemary) and vitamins (B2, B5, B1) for nervous system, cognitive function and mental performance.
The main ingredient of the formula is Ginkgo Biloba. Glycosides are the main active ingredients of the plant, rich in bioflavonoids. Almost all clinical studies using Ginkgo biloba have been performed with a titrated extract called GBE containing 24% glycosides. This titrated extract is used in all Lamberts formulations containing Gingko, including Refreshall.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of:
- gingko biloba (leaves) as a traditional short-term herbal supplement to improve memory and cognitive impairment associated with age (impairment of cognition) and quality of life in adults with mild dementia.**
- lemon balm as a traditional herbal supplement in the short term to relieve the mild symptoms of stress and to enhance sleep.
Thiamine and Vitamin B12 * contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. iodine contributes to normal cognitive function and normal function of the nervous system.

Dosage
2 tablets daily.
