Lamberts L-Tyrosine is a dietary supplement with the amino acid Tyrosine in its free form.
It is an essential amino acid, as it is not synthesized in the body, and is a precursor to neurotransmitters in the human brain. It plays an important role in the body's Nervous System (dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline) as it can and does cross the blood-brain barrier. It is also a precursor of thyroxine, catecholamines and the most important human pigment, melanin.*

Instructions of use
Preferably taken with juice or water rather than with milk. Amino acids have better absorption when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping.
