Nature's Plus Glucosamine / Chondroitin / MSM Ultra Rx-Joint is a formula with glucosamine and chondroitin that provides relief from joint pain and inflammation while supporting joint and cartilage flexibility.
Glucosamine is a polysaccharide which is the main component of connective tissue and collagen. its main action is to provide resistance to tissues and joints. Glucosamine works synergistically with chondroitin. Chondroitin is another very important cartilage polysaccharide, which is responsible for elasticity. Respectively, MSM is a sulfide compound which has been shown to relieve symptoms of bones and joints (pain, inflammation), while its use is indicated in muscle injuries.
The action of the formula Glucosamine - Chondroitin, Rx-Joint of Nature's Plus is enhanced by the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action of vitamin C as well as magnesium, making it an ideal supplement for joint health. Manganese, as well as chondroitin, due to their very large molecule, are among the most difficult to absorb and therefore utilize components. For a significant increase (40%) of absorption is used micro-gel, a system of prolonged release, while, in addition, manganese (glycine) is in the form of high absorption. *
