Lamberts's Nicotinamide is a vitamin B3 or otherwise known as niacin supplement. Vitamin B3 is water soluble and occurs in various forms, more commonly known as niacin. One of these forms is Nicotinamide, which is synonymous with Niacinamide and is the form of B3 found in dietary supplements.
Our body can produce some amount of niacin from this tryptophan amino acid, as niacin and tryptophan have important similarities in their chemical structure. Niacin is abundant mainly in meat, fish and peanuts. Vitamin B3 helps:*
