Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are components of the joint cartilage. In this form maximum absorption is achieved.
MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is a natural source of organic sulfur that has been shown to have strong anti-inflammatory action and to reduce the feeling of pain. It is a key component of the amino acids that are essential for the formation of proteins and especially collagen in the joints, while supporting the tendons, ligaments and muscles. **
Boswellia is titrated to boswellic acid that protects joints from inflammation and relieves arthritis symptoms such as pain and swelling. **
