Lamberts Biotin is a biotin supplement. Biotin is water-soluble and belongs to the vitamins of Complex B. Sources of biotin are meat, dairy and whole grains. Part of the vitamin is made up of the gut bacteria.
Biotin acts mainly as a coenzyme and contributes to the health of the scalp, nails and skin (keratinocyte production). It is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins as well as the normal function of bone marrow. Contribute*:
