Solgar Nettle Leaf Extract (Urtica dioica) nutritional supplement has diuretic, tonic, anti-allergic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Stinging Nettle helps remove toxins from the body, and can help with fluid retention, arthritis, allergic rhinitis, anemia, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and skin problems.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC) have approved the use of stinging nettle as a traditional herbal remedy for mild arthritis and as a mild diuretic to increase the amount of urine in mild cases.
It is a safe supplement even for long-term use.
Dosage
1 capsule daily.

Preferably to be taken with meals.
Contraindications
Nettle usually has a large amount of Vitamin K. For this reason it should not be combined with anticoagulants, as it may reduce the effectiveness of anticoagulants.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
