Cosval Regula dietary supplement is an herbal formula with senna to treat constipation.
Senna is one of the most well-known medicinal herbs and a very effective laxative, particularly useful in occasional bouts of constipation.
In addition, the cumin it contains relieves heartburn and soothes muscle spasms, offering relaxation to the smooth muscles of the intestine. Also, licorice and mallow reduce intestinal irritation and have an excellent laxative effect.*
Peppermint oil relieves pain and unpleasant gas. Peppermint has been used for centuries in stomach disorders and indigestion. It seems to stimulate the secretion of bile and thus contribute to better digestion.*

Dosage
2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture
Instructions of use
Mix 2 teaspoons (about 800mg) of the herbal mixture with 200ml of warm water. Wait about 10 minutes. Then strain and consume it.
Cautions
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and by children younger than 12 years.
Not recommended for continuous use of more than 20 days.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
