Masquelier's Original OPCs Anthogenol is a dietary supplement fortified with anthogenol, a class of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs).
Oligomeric proanthocyanidins are a subset of polyphenols, substances widely found in plant foods, and especially in grapes. Masquelier's Original anthogenol comes from grape seeds as well as Pinus Maritima pine bark. Many in vitro studies have shown positive effects of OPCs in health-related conditions, such as cardiovascular and antioxidant protection. In particular, OPCs have been reported to have strong antioxidant properties, binding free radicals in the body, protecting cells from damage due to an oxidizing environment. *
In addition to its antioxidant protection, proanthocyanidins appear to affect other conditions, such as cardiovascular and euglycemia. Regarding the effect of polyphenols on cardiovascular health, it has been reported that they improve platelet aggregation thus preventing thrombotic conditions, while there are reports of their positive effect on serum lipid and glucose levels. *

Dosage
Adults: 2 capsules once / twice a day
