Health Aid Iron Bisglycinate is a dietary supplement with high bioavailability and absorption, while not causing gastrointestinal disorders.
Iron is the most important metal for maintaining blood quality and producing red blood cells, as almost 2/3 of its total amount in the body is in the blood.

Contraindications
If you are taking antacids, calcium, copper or thyroid medications, you should take the iron supplement at least 3 hours apart. Consumption of coffee and green tea should also be avoided as it may significantly reduce its absorption.
Side effects
The most common side effects include upset stomach, constipation or diarrhea.
