Health Aid Vitamin K Complex + Vit D3 is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of vitamins K-2 and D-3 to maintain bone health, normal coagulation. * Vitamin K2 is found in meat, cheese and eggs but is also synthesized by intestinal bacteria. Vitamin K1 is found mainly in leafy vegetables. More specifically, bacteria in the gut flora can convert K1 to vitamin K2 (menakinone).
Menakin (MK7) is an extremely bioavailable form of vitamin K2 and supports cardiovascular and bone health. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium* and phosphorus* in the body and plays a key role in bone formation and disorganization to help develop strong strong bones and teeth.
The Vitamin K complex + Vit. HealthAid's D3 contains both types of vitamin K (K1 & K2), which are not derived from soy. K2 is in the form of MK-7 (menaquinone-7), the most bioactive form of the vitamin.
Dosage
1-2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with a meal.
Contraindications
Concomitant use of anticoagulants is contraindicated due to competition in their action. Also, antibiotics may reduce the levels of Vitamin K in the body, due to the destruction of the intestinal flora.
Side effects
Taking Vitamin K in very high doses may cause cyanosis, hypotension, dizziness and itching.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
