Health Aid Valerian Extract is a nutritional supplement that contains organic, titled valerian root extract
The active ingredients of valerian include alkaloids, volatile oils and iridescent, with the most active being valerenic acid, which is chemically related to GABA. Healthy GABA levels in the body create the substrate for a proper nervous system and sleep quality.
Valerian is traditionally used to relieve the mild symptoms of mental stress and to enhance sleep.
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now documented and accepted by the EMA.

Dosage
20-30 drops (about 1ml) 2-3 times a day.
Instructions of use
Shake well before use and put 20-30 drops (about 1ml) in a small amount of warm water and leave for 2 to 3 minutes, to evaporate the alcohol.
