Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken in the morning before a meal.
Contraindications
Avoid taking calcium with green leafy vegetables, drinks and foods rich in phosphorus and protein of animal origin, as it may reduce its absorption.
Side effects
Excessive calcium intake can cause bloating, constipation, and increase the risk of kidney stones.
