Agnus Castus or Wicker is an herb traditionally used to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome [Approved by the European Union Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products-Coreper / HMPC].
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now documented and accepted by the EMA.
Health Aid Agnus Castus is made from the root of the plant. The fruits of Vitex used in the preparation of the extract contain a wide range of phytochemically active substances, including flavonoids and a group of chemicals belonging to the iridoids, including aucubin and agnuside.
In particular, agnus castus interacts with both estrogen and progesterone, without until now it has been confirmed whether the overall effect is enhancing/inhibiting the action of estrogen. In fact, studies show that it reduces headaches, nervousness and irritability. *

Dosage
1- 2 tablets daily.
