Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
Take 1 tablet with a full glass of water (200 ml), half an hour before bedtime.
Contraindications
Prolonged use is not recommended.
Do not drive or operate machinery for the next 4 or 5 hours after taking melatonin.
If you have health problems or are taking medication, consult your doctor.
Do not consume in combination with antidepressants and antipsychotics.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
