Dosage
Take 4 tablets per day for the first two weeks, then 2 to 4 tablets daily (according to your state of health).
Instructions of use
Take preferably before meals with a large glass of water (200 ml).
Contraindications
Contains glucosamine, chondroitin and turmeric, which are not recommended for people with diabetes, prediabetes, asthma and people taking anticoagulants.
Contains harpagophytum, do not use in case of gastric or duodenal ulcer or gallstones.
Not to be taken by children and women during pregnancy and lactation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
