For shipments in Greece:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Once your order is shipped you will be notified by SMS or E-mail of the shipping number. If a product may be delayed or lacking, you are notified by phone or email.
The indicative delivery time from the time your order is shipped is:
1 business day for the regions: Thrace, Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Central Greece, Attica and Corfu.
2 business days for the regions: Ionian Islands, Peloponnese, Crete, North Aegean and South Aegean.
Shipments outside Thessaloniki are made with Geniki Taxydromiki Courier and within Thessaloniki with ACS Courier. Couriers do not make deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
For shipments to Cyprus:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. In case there is a delay or lack of a product we contact you by phine or via e-mail.
For standard delivery, orders are shipped and estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, once the order departs from us.
For express delivery, orders are shipped by air and estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days, once the order departs from us. Flights depart every other day. The partner courier company is Geniki Taxydromiki.
For shipments abroad:
For orders shipped abroad apart from Cyprus, deliveries are made in co-operation with the Hellenic Post Office and local national post offices.
Estimated delivery time is 4-25 business days.
