How do I get a refund for products I have already return?

If you a refund is needed, the following applies:

For online payment

  • If you purchased online with card, your card will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • If the order was paid by bank deposit, we will need you to email us a bank account in order to refund you. Refunds in this case are made at the end of each week.

For purchase from the Store

  • If the purchase was made from our physical store, refunds are made to the cashier of the store, with the precondition that the product is accurate and that the receipt is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. If the payment was made by card, you should have your card with you in order to get the refund.
