How can I return a product I bought from the physical store?

  • In case that the product you wish to return was purchased from our physical store, the return must be made to the pharmacy where you bought it.
  • A prerequisite is the presentation of receipt, the date of which should not exceed 14 days. In addition, the product should not be opened and should be in good condition ( packaging, temperature, etc.).
  • Please check the products for their correctness before opening them.
  • Refrigerator products, baby milk and food, orthopedic and anatomical items cannot be accepted.
  • In case you have paid with card, you should have with you the same card for the refund.
