How can I return a product I bought from the physical store?

In case that the product you wish to return was purchased from our physical store, the return must be made to the pharmacy where you bought it.
A prerequisite is the presentation of receipt, the date of which should not exceed 14 days. In addition, the product should not be opened and should be in good condition ( packaging, temperature, etc.).
Please check the products for their correctness before opening them.
Refrigerator products, baby milk and food, orthopedic and anatomical items cannot be accepted.
In case you have paid with card, you should have with you the same card for the refund.
