How do I add / amend my order?
You cannot amend an online order that is already verified. But you can cancel it and order again without additional charges.

How do I see my order history?
Click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of the page. On this page you can view completed orders, current orders that are awaiting delivery or cancelled orders.
You can edit your data, your account information and your delivery details. By clicking on the number of the order, you can view the items included in the specific order. You can also make the payment for a pending order.
How do I check my delivery time?
You can follow your order through the tracking link for your shipment provided by our courier services partners. This can be done right after we send you by e-mail the unique tracking number of your order.
My order is delivered – what do I have to do?
When a package is delivered to you, check the general condition of the delivered goods and the adhesive tapes strapping it, in the presence of the courier.
In case you refuse to accept your order, you should contact us immediately by e-mail or call us and inform us about the reasons you refuse to receive the package.
