Ambitas F Ective Lactotonic Lax is a natural laxative for constipation relief.
Inulin is one of the best known dietary fibers (prebiotic) contributing to the population growth of "good bacteria" in the body up to 10 times. Aloe Vera helps to relax the abdominal walls and maintain regular bowel movement and in this wat relieves from constipation.
Sacred Bark increases contraction of intestinal muscles thus stimulating its mobility. Black Alder has mild laxative properties and is used to treat constipation. Plum, fig, lemon fibers and apple tree fibers contain fibers and fruit acids that help preventing and controlling constipation.
Magnesium and potassium are considered effective in treating to irritable bowel syndrome, relieve swellings and improve bowel movement.
The combination 10 probiotic strains (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium), prebiotics, fibers, minerals and trace elements enhances the frequency of defecation contributing to normal bowel function.

Instructions of use
Take one (1) table before bedtime, with a glass of water. If necessary, increase the dosage to two (2) tablets. It is recommended to increase fluid intake, a minimum of 1.5l/day. Avoid continuous use for more than 8-10 days.
